 Only 1:1 enrollments will be eligible for a refund of unconsumed classes subject to the cancellation charges mentioned below. No refund or cancellation is permitted once the customer has consumed 3 or more classes of a course. 

Refund processing time is between 20-30 days from the date of raising request with the Customer Support. Requests for refund will be considered only when a query is raised with customersupport@thesmartmba.com 

1. For all Domestic ( Indian ) cases, charges of 1000 GST per class plus processing fee will be applied during cancellation. 

2. For all International cases , charges of $18 per class plus processing fee will be applied during cancellation. 

3. Per class charges will be applicable on the total number of classes taken, and processing will be applicable on the entire course fee. 

4. There will be no refund for down payment and registration fees. 

5. Apart from 1000+GST, processing fee of 20% percent will be deducted at the time of refund.
